Adjustable Dumbbell Set inSPORTline DBS2181 2 x 3-10 kg is a unique and affordable set of two adjustable dumbbells with cement filling. The bar is made of high-quality metal. At both ends, there are threads with safety collars. The plastic weight plates are filled with cement. Thanks to the loading system, you can quickly and easily adjust the weight of the dumbbell and therefore you can use it for a variety of exercises at optional difficulty levels.
The bar is 30 mm in diameter, allowing you to add 30-mm plates of your own.
